We aim to give every project the care and attention it needs to be able to provide informed and appropriate solutions.

Our focus is providing structural engineering services throughout Wales for historic buildings including structural inspections, reports and detailed designs.

We find sympathetic and appropriate solutions to structural engineering problems in the historic environment. Our experience includes working with traditional building types and materials, such as timber framing, stone masonry, traditional mortars and other compatible materials. We can also apply suitable modern interventions to traditional buildings where appropriate and sympathetic. We refer to conservation principles to inform recommendations and solutions. 

We have experience from both project and statutory consultee side and have a good working knowledge of the listed building consent, scheduled monument consent and church faculty procedures. We are also used to working with other specialists within the field of conservation.
